General Ticket Policy
Ticket Fees: Single ticket orders are subject to a $2 per order fee plus:
$1 per ticket online
$1.50 per ticket in person
$2 per ticket over the phone
Day-of ticket Purchases for Signature and Pops: All tickets purchased on the day of a concert for the Pops and Signature Series are subject to a price increase of $2 per ticket.
Refunds: All sales are final. There are no refunds. Unused tickets may be returned 24 prior to the concert and the funds can be applied towards a future concert in the same year. Balances cannot be carried forward to a future year, or applied to a subscription for a future year. Tickets can also be returned for a tax receipt.
Accessibility: Wheelchair and accessible seating is available in the orchestra-level boxes at Centre in the Square. Because these seats are limited we are unable to seat groups in these boxes. Our policy is to reserve orchestra-level box seats for one patron with a wheelchair/walker/mobility assistive device plus one companion, with the rest of their party seated elsewhere.
In cases of high demand, additional accessible seating areas may be designated. We regret that, due to health and safety concerns, wheelchairs are not allowed on the mezzanine or balcony levels.
It is the responsibility of the patron to inform the KWS of any mobility requirements, and therefore refunds will not be given in the event that a suitable seating exchange cannot be made.
Patrons with a CNIB or PAL card can receive a complimentary ticket for their companion. Please contact Patron Services for details.
General Theatre Policy
Children: The KWS does not have a minimum age limit for performances; however, children should be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout a performance. Children unable to do so, along with the adult accompanying them, may be asked to leave the auditorium. Information about the suitability of a performance for a particular age can be obtained from Patron Services.
Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, regardless of age. Babes in arms and children sitting on parents’ laps must still have a ticket.
Artists, repertoire, dates, prices and program order are subject to change without notice. The KWS cannot make any adjustments to ticket prices
Concert locations are printed on the tickets, on the website, on concert advertisements and in the season brochure.
Scents: All KWS performance venues are smoke and scent free facilities.
Recording Devices: Cameras, recording devices and personal stereos are not allowed in the theatre.
We ask that you please turn off all pagers and cellular phones before entering the theatre.
Seating During the Concert: Late comers and persons leaving during the performance will be admitted at a suitable break. Ticket price adjustments cannot be made in the event that a portion of the concert is missed.
