Halloween Fun

Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser, conductor
Thorgy Thor, special guest

Daniel Bartholomew-Poyser conducts our Halloween-inspired concert exploring the links between costumes, through festivals like Halloween and Carnival and its inspiration for classical music, with special guest Thorgy Thor. The melodies of the Dance Macabre, the nightmare before Christmas, Harry Potter and Dvorak’s Carnival Overture among others will encourage not only the audience but also the orchestra to put on their best festive attire!

Safety Protocols and Procedures

The Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony strongly encourages the wearing of well-fitted masks (made of tightly woven material and covering the mouth, nose and chin without gaps) for audience members.

Prior to your concert, please review the safety tips below and visit the KWS Safety Protocols and Procedures page for more information.
