Beethoven: String Quartet No. 16 in F major, Lento assai
Brahms: Piano Concerto No. 1 in D minor
Dvořák: Symphony No. 7 in D minor

The KWS welcomes back Canadian piano star Charles Richard-Hamelin for Brahms’s poetic Piano Concerto No. 1. Dvořák’s Symphony No. 7 opens the door to a dramatic, rarely heard side of his personality where he explores answers to questions of human existence. The peaceful adagio from Beethoven’s last string quartet, arranged for string orchestra by Music Director Andrei Feher, marks the 100th anniversary of the end of WWI.
